Order Policy
Because our products—including graphic tees—are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or shipping carrier delays.
We currently don’t keep pre-printed stock on shelves. Instead, every garment is prepared and your chosen design is applied in-house just for you. Once a design is placed on a garment, it cannot be removed or reused. This process is what allows us to offer such a wide variety of styles, sleeve lengths, and colors. Each item is created with love, specifically for YOU.
Important Sizing & Color Information
Please double-check all details before placing your order:
  • Review our size charts carefully.
  • Compare measurements to a favorite tee or sweatshirt from your closet for the best fit.
  • If you have sizing or color questions, reach out before ordering—we’re happy to help!
Damages, Defects, or Shop Errors
We take great pride in our work, but we are human! If we make an error on your order (such as sending the incorrect design, or the wrong size/color from what you ordered), we will absolutely fix it.
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • Contact us at rusticdaisyteesmore@gmail.com within 72 hours of the package being marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the unwashed, unworn item showing the mistake.
  • If the mistake is ours, we will gladly create and ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Please note: Errors or damages reported after the 72-hour delivery window, or items that show signs of being washed or worn, are not eligible for a replacement.
